We aim for high performance but do not guarantee specific results, including ROAS, revenue, traffic, or ranking improvements.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:

5. Payments & Billing
• Payments must be made according to the agreed terms
• Late payments may result in project pauses
• Refunds are not guaranteed unless stated in a contract
• All fees for third-party tools (ad spend, software subscriptions, etc.) are the Client’s responsibility
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep shared information confidential unless required by law.
7. Intellectual Property
• All internal content, branding, website materials belong to HYCO STUDIO
• Client owns deliverables after full payment unless stated otherwise
• Using our work or content without permission is strictly prohibited
8. Limitation of Liability
HYCO STUDIO is not liable for:
• Loss of revenue
• Loss of data
• Platform restrictions (Meta, Google, etc.)
• System downtime
• Third-party errors
We provide services “as is” without guarantees.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us from claims related to:
• Misuse of services
• Violation of laws
• Unauthorized use of deliverables
• Providing illegal content
10. Termination
Both parties may terminate service with written notice.
Upon termination:
• All outstanding payments remain due
• Access to deliverables may be restricted until payment is cleared
11. Governing Law
These Terms follow the laws of:
Bangladesh (or specify your country)
International clients agree to resolve issues under this jurisdiction unless a separate contract states otherwise.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated version.
